Sunbonnet Sue Makes Do

Sunbonnet Sue Makes Do

As seen on Simply Quilts.

Nancy Kirk designed this small wall hanging for Simply Quilts. It uses feedsack scraps to honor the many women who "made do" during the depression, making quilts from all the fabrics available including chicken-feed sacks. These colorful cotton bags are highly collectible today.
